Fire protection that reacts before it burns.
Spark, flame and smoke detection for industry — system solutions from Gütersloh, Germany.
Detection for every fire hazard

Sparks
Early detection of ignition sources from 130 °C to 400 °C — before a spark becomes a fire.

Learn moreShow lessIR detector type HD250 – 250 °C
Monitors pneumatic conveying lines, extraction systems and drop shafts, protecting downstream plant components such as silos, where dust deposits can occur.
IR detector type HD400 – 400 °C
Protects plant components such as filters, where dust-explosive atmospheres can develop.
The globally patented IR detectors respond from below 130 °C. Conventional detectors only react just under 700 °C — too late for materials with a low ignition temperature.

Flames
Flame detection for open fires — fast detection, fast response.

Flames
Flame detection for open fires — fast detection, fast response.
Learn moreShow lessThe OAD detector detects flames in open spaces. It reacts to the UV and infrared radiation of conventional fires and, thanks to the integrated FEA system, reliably distinguishes real flames from interference such as camera flash or torch light.
A self-diagnosis system monitors sensitivity, humidity and electronics temperature every minute; the detector glass is continuously checked for contamination. Applications range from warehouses to individual machines.

Smoke
Smoke detection as fine as the human nose — for early in-process warning.

Smoke
Smoke detection as fine as the human nose — for early in-process warning.
Learn moreShow lessPeople often smell a developing fire long before any detector responds. The MGD detector reproduces exactly that: a chemical sensor array reacts to the changing air composition at the earliest stage.
A microprocessor with a neural network continuously compares the readings against normal operation — reliable results with hardly any cross-sensitivity. In use in power plants, silo facilities, warehouses and public buildings.

Suppression
Detection alone is not enough — the Quick Suppression System extinguishes in milliseconds.

Suppression
Detection alone is not enough — the Quick Suppression System extinguishes in milliseconds.
Learn moreShow lessAs soon as the detector reports an ignition source, suppression starts immediately: within milliseconds a fine water mist covers the product flow and cools the ignition-capable particle before it reaches a filter, silo or press.
Suppression is targeted and uses very little water — the plant keeps running, and a production stop is usually not necessary. The system is engineered around your process: conveying line, extraction system, drop shaft or belt transfer.
